3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary by country. Customs and import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order at any time using the provided link.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will assist you with replacements or claims.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Sarees with fall/pico, custom blouse stitching, or altered products are not eligible for return.
  • Accessories such as jewelry, bags, and hair accessories are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues or product defects (if applicable).
  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or Sale products
  • Customized or stitched items
  • Gift cards or downloadable products

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or we have sent the wrong item.

5. Refund Process
